Allied Health Students:

Upon admission to programs within the Health Sciences Curriculums that require clinical rotations to numerous health centers, trainees will require to submit documents of the results of a physical examination, laboratory tests, and particular vaccinations to Health Services. The nurses will evaluate and offer clearances to those trainees who have satisfied the requirements as set forth by the New york city State Department of Health for Healthcare Personnel and Clinical Affiliates. Each program (curriculum) requires the physical examination process be done at particular times.
